How ELIXIR handles what you send.

01Who we are

ELIXIR Creative is a brand of ELIXIR LLC, a company registered in the United States. ELIXIR LLC is responsible for the information described on this page.

02Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use one of our forms, we receive what you choose to share:

• what you write: your project, the problem you describe or your message;
• the choices you make in the form;
• your business name and website, if you give them;
• your name and email address;
• your phone number, and whether you are happy to be contacted on WhatsApp, if you give them;
• the language you're using.

A record of your agreement. A note that you agreed to be contacted about your request, and when you agreed.

Campaign information. If you came to the site through a link from one of our campaigns or ads, the campaign tags in that link.

Information from the free tools. The website address you ask us to check and the report we produce for it. The report is kept briefly, so that checking the same address again is quick.

Technical information. Limited information from your connection, used only to protect our forms and tools from abuse. Our service providers may also keep standard technical records when they host the site and deliver email.

Optional measurement data. Only if you allow it: information about visits to the site and progress through the forms (see “Optional measurement”).

Preferences on your device. Your language choice, if you make one, and your measurement choice (see “Your device”).

03How we use it

We use your information to:

• read your request or message, reply to it and follow up on it;
• send you a copy of what you sent us;
• run the free tools and give you your report;
• understand which campaigns lead people to get in touch;
• protect the forms and tools from abuse.

The home page may show anonymous totals of the kinds of problems people have shared. These totals never include anything that identifies you.

04What we don't do

Sending a request or a message does not sign you up for a newsletter or a marketing list.

05Optional measurement

Measurement is optional and off by default. It only starts if you allow it, using the choice shown on Start the Audit, at the last step of the audit on the home page, or at the last step of the Contact form.

If you allow it, we use analytics tools to understand how visitors use the website and how people move through our forms. These tools never receive what you write, your name, your email address, your phone number or your business name.

You can turn measurement off on the same page at any time.

06Service providers

We rely on a small number of service providers to run the site. Each one has a specific role:

• Hosting and storage: running the website and keeping the requests and messages you send.
• Email delivery: sending your request or message to ELIXIR and sending your copy to you.
• Abuse protection: helping protect the forms and tools from misuse.
• Analytics: only if you allow measurement.

07How long we keep it

For any question about how long your information is kept, write to hello@elixircreative.pro.

08Your choices and requests

To ask about the information we hold about you, write to hello@elixircreative.pro. Include any reference you received when you sent your request.

You can also turn measurement off at any time, and change your language at any time.

09Your device

Some things are remembered on your device so the site works the way you expect:

• Language. If you choose a language, that choice is remembered. Otherwise the site follows your browser's language setting, never your location.
• Measurement. Your choice to allow measurement or not is remembered, so we don't ask again on every page.
• Start the Audit. While you answer, your answers stay on your device so that a reload doesn't lose them. They are cleared once your request is received or when you close the tab.

Nothing you type in a form or a free tool is sent to ELIXIR until you send it.
