Terms and Conditions

01Scope

These Terms cover:

• the ELIXIR website and its pages;
• its forms: Start the Audit, the audit on the home page, and the Contact page;
• its free tools: the Website Health Check, the AI Visibility Check and the E-commerce Experience Check, together with the reports and PDFs they produce.

These Terms do not cover:

• Client work. Every client engagement is governed by a separate written agreement (a proposal or contract), and that agreement governs the engagement.
• Future Store releases. These will come with their own terms, shown before purchase.

These Terms apply to everyone who uses the website, whether as a business or as an individual. The website is intended primarily for businesses. If you use it as a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects the rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws that apply to you.

02About ELIXIR

ELIXIR Creative is a brand of ELIXIR LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. In these Terms, “ELIXIR”, “we” and “us” mean ELIXIR LLC.

03Requests, Messages & Communications

Through the website's forms you can:

• send ELIXIR a request (Start the Audit, or the audit on the home page);
• send a message (the Contact page).

Each form asks you to agree to be contacted about what you send, as described in the Privacy Policy. Sending a request or a message:

• does not create an account, and nothing is bought or paid for;
• does not sign you up for a newsletter or a marketing list;
• does not create a contract between you and ELIXIR.

ELIXIR may reply by email, or on WhatsApp if you have allowed it. A copy of what you sent is normally emailed to you.

ELIXIR is not obliged to take on any work, or to reply within any set time. Any reply is general guidance, not professional advice, unless and until a written agreement is in place.

ELIXIR does not claim ownership of what you submit. Please do not send confidential information through the website's forms.

04Free Tools

ELIXIR offers three free tools. They need no sign-up:

• the Website Health Check reads one public page, plus the site's robots.txt and sitemap;
• the AI Visibility Check reads one public page and the site's robots.txt;
• the E-commerce Experience Check reads up to eight public pages of the same store, respecting robots.txt.

You enter a public web address. The tool reads the page as the server sends it, without running scripts, and gives you a report that you can download as a PDF.

What you may check. You may check any public website. Private, local and IP addresses are refused, and use is limited to protect the tools.

What you must not do. When using the tools, you must not:

• try to get around their limits, or use them in an automated or bulk way;
• use them to overload, disrupt or attack any website;
• alter an ELIXIR report, or present one as something it is not, such as a certification, endorsement or full audit by ELIXIR.

What reports are. Reports are for information only and are provided “as is”. ELIXIR does not guarantee that they are accurate or complete, and they are not professional, legal or compliance advice. Each tool also states its own limits, which apply in full:

• there is no score, grade or ranking;
• the AI Visibility Check does not predict whether any AI system will rank, cite or mention a page;
• the E-commerce Experience Check is not a legal or compliance review and does not predict sales or conversions;
• the Website Health Check covers accessibility basics only and is not a full accessibility audit.

Your reports. You may use and share your own reports, including with the owner of the website you checked.

05Store

Nothing is currently sold through the website. The ELIXIR Store is marked “Coming soon”: nothing has been released yet, and its “Notify” and “Commission a system” links only open an email to hello@elixircreative.pro.

Future Store releases will have their own licence or sale terms, presented before purchase.

06Services & Client Work

The website describes ELIXIR's services, its Method and its published case studies. It does not publish prices, and no service can be bought through it.

Client work is always carried out under a separate written agreement (a proposal or contract), which governs the engagement, including its fees, payment and responsibilities.

No payments are currently made through the website. Payment for client work is governed by the applicable written agreement.

07Intellectual Property

The website's text, design, the ELIXIR Method and its case studies are ELIXIR's own work.

In tool reports, the structure and analysis are ELIXIR's. Material quoted from the websites checked belongs to its respective owners.

Case studies are published with the permission of the clients concerned. The names and logos of other companies, such as payment methods and social platforms, also appear on the website.

08Third-Party Services & Links

The website links to, and works alongside, services that ELIXIR does not run:

• messaging (WhatsApp);
• social networks;
• your own email application;
• the websites named in tool reports.

If you allow optional measurement, analytics tools may also be used (see the Privacy Policy).

These services and websites are outside ELIXIR's control. Their own terms and policies apply when you use them.

09Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and the free tools are provided “as is” and “as available”. ELIXIR does not guarantee:

• that the content of the website or of tool reports is accurate, complete or up to date;
• that the website or the tools will be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.

These statements do not change the limits that ELIXIR already states elsewhere:

• the free tools' limits set out in the Free Tools section;
• rankings and AI citations are decided by search engines and AI systems, and are never promised;
• nothing has yet been released in the ELIXIR Store.

10Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Nothing in them affects the rights you have under mandatory consumer laws.

Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, ELIXIR is not responsible for loss or damage arising from:

• your actions, or those of anyone acting for you;
• materials provided to ELIXIR by you or by a client;
• the use or misuse of the free tools;
• reliance on the content of the website or on tool reports;
• third-party websites, services or content;
• interruptions, errors, delays or unavailability of the website or the tools;
• any unauthorised or unlawful use of the website or the tools.

ELIXIR's responsibilities for a paid client engagement are governed by the written agreement for that engagement.

11Privacy

How ELIXIR handles the information you send through the website, its forms and free tools is explained in the Privacy Policy.

12Changes

ELIXIR may update these Terms. When it does, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page changes, and the updated Terms take effect when they are published. Where applicable law allows, continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

There are no accounts on the website, so changes are not announced by email.
